General conditions of sale online
The present terms of sale apply by right and without restriction to all orders placed on the website. They are subject to change without notice. The purchase of tickets by the customer implies his unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions of sale, in particular those in force for sales on the spot or by partner sales networks.
1) Price and number of tickets
a) Ticket prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including all taxes.
b) The total number of tickets available for purchase may not exceed the number set by the organizer, which will be indicated for each event, if applicable.
c) All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Swiss francs.
d) The organizer reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, tickets will be charged on the basis of the rates at the time of order registration.
2) Payment
a) Payment for tickets via the website is made exclusively by debit/credit card, Twint or Paypal account
b) In the event that an invoice is required, a handling and mailing fee will apply.
c) Electronic payments made through the website are secure.
3) Personal data
a) When placing an order, Le Réseau Santé et Sport, the organizer of the event, will be required to collect certain personal data from the ticket purchaser in order to manage the said order. This data will be used for the processing and follow-up of the ticket buyer’s order, as well as in the event of a possible postponement or cancellation of the corresponding event. The ticket buyer tacitly authorizes the Health and Sport Network to send him/her information emails and to inform him/her of future events by email. If the ticket purchaser does not wish to receive such information, or if he/she wishes to stop receiving such information at a later date, he/she should send a simple e-mail to info@lrss.ch.
4) Delivery of tickets
a) Upon confirmation of the purchase, the ticket buyer will receive an email containing a confirmation.
5) Ticket control
a) It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a ticket in any way.
6) Cancellation and refund
a) From the moment of purchase, the ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, resold or taken back, except in the case of the cancellation of an event and the decision by the organizer to refund the tickets.
b) In case of cancellation of the event, and only in this case, the refund of the ticket buyers is made by the organizer.
c) In any event, any ticket purchased will not be refunded, even if the ticket was not used by the ticket purchaser.
d) In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Geneva.

Price
The prices in this catalog are quoted in Swiss francs, net, including VAT and guaranteed. Items with a warranty are subject to the terms of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to improper maintenance, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our commitment to deliver is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Réseau Santé & Sport. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment methods: Paypal, Twint, postfinance, etc.
Delivery and transport
Available items are shipped by mail within approximately 5 to 8 days. A contribution from you is required only once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: The Health & Sport Network does not deliver its parcels to P.O. Boxes and does not deliver any merchandise to minors or those under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.
Return or exchange of goods
The items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels containing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receiving your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered.
Legal guarantees
Check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy it.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be the subject of a data-processing treatment and can be communicated to companies associated within the framework of the management of the order.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
